Students get to know energy by learning to make an energy-powered model and then teach this to others. The students then work to convey their knowledge of energy through various forms of poetry. Both the models and the poetry are shared together. In the warm-up, they practise thinking and writing freely about energy, and the reflection gives examples of quick ways to get the students to think about what they have learned from the session and to question.
