The other evaluation focused on public educational programs conducted in order to reduce early school leaving. During the evaluations mixed methodology was used, besides interviews, focus groups, online surveys and data analysis, a counterfactual impact assessment of the EFOP-3.1.5-16 scheme was carried out, too, with the methodological support of the European Commission’s Joint Research Center CRIE.
